Nestled on Boscawen Street, just a stone’s throw away (not recommended) from City Hall, you’ll find a wealth of choice for decorating your home, vacation home, bed & breakfast or even place of business. Earlier this month, I made a visit to Olde Town Winchester to obtain photos for my Relocation Package. With some spare time on my hands, I rewarded myself with a visit to Windrow, an antique, home & garden boutique. I'm so thrilled to be working on a collaborative book on real estate technology with these fellow Active Rain Members! While most of them, if not all, have been satisfying their readers with blogs, I've been limited to just commenting. My quest to finish my chapter resulted in 1 casualty - 1 lost subscriber (Sorry, I'll miss you...), but I do hope to win them back! Yes, I've been at the bottom of your list for activity! I have had self inflicted blogers block! However, once this is posted, I'm sure the block will lift!

Recently, I had the opportunity to list a house. The numbers (CMA) pointed to a healthy selling price in the $240's. The owners, however, claimed they would lose out financially if the house wasn't listed in the $280's. You see, they borrowed $30,000 on the equity of subject house to build a new house in the country. So, they refuse to lose money on this house. What they don't realize, is that their thinking is absurd. The $30,000 in equity from the subject house is truly invested already in the new house! THIS GAME DOESN'T WORK!
