Nestled on Boscawen Street, just a stone’s throw away (not recommended) from City Hall, you’ll find a wealth of choice for decorating your home, vacation home, bed & breakfast or even place of business. Earlier this month, I made a visit to Olde Town Winchester to obtain photos for my Relocation Package. With some spare time on my hands, I rewarded myself with a visit to Windrow, an antique, home & garden boutique.
