Well, you could search the web and view hundreds of websites claiming to have below appraised properties but the best answer is to become a client of a Realtor who looks for the best bargains available.  I have properties that I monitor that are the best deals in the area of the Lawrence Kansas Foreclosure market.  They are at least $10,000 below county appraisal and some are more than $50,000 below county appraisal. 110 Acorn Dr is a Eudora Kansas real estate foreclosure that originally came on the market at $.  It is appraised at $ (2007) which is based on what seller paid for it in 2006 when it was bought brand new (built in 2005).  For a foreclosure, the seller kept this house in excellent shape during the less than two years he was in this new construction.

Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition.  Sometimes properties are available at a reduced price as a short sale listing that is in great shape.  Eudora Kansas real estate could be appraised at $166,240 and I would suggest a short sale offer of $145,300 which would be a bargain.

If it had three bedrooms and two baths and over 1500 square feet, and was a home for sale in Eudora, it would be below most other homes for sale there.

Quite often properties that have the best value come on the market and are immediately SOLD because clients of Realtors are called first and sometimes are told about a property before it comes on the market.
