The fourth Tools of the Trade Tip is on how to get access to the office computer when I am out of the office. Sure, you could get rid of the office computer and just take your laptop with you wherever you go. However, if you are not yet to that step, accessing your office computer remotely is the next best thing.
I do so by using http://www.gotomypc.com/ which allows me to access my office computer from any other computer wherever I am in the world with an internet connection. There are other remote tools such as ShowMyPC.com, WebEx, MS Net Meeting, … (6 comments)
