When you have a listing, do Realtors® just place it on the MLS and hope for the best or do they go after certain buyers by targeting where those buyers might be browsing the web. For example, if your listing has a darkroom, do any Realtors® on AR work at marketing websites where photographers visit or do things such as send a flyer to a newspaper office saying attention photographers: Darkroom in Home for Sale?
