Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition.  Here is a reduced price short sale listing that is in great shape.  This Eudora Kansas real estate is appraised at $164,240 for 2008.  I would suggest an offer of $145,300 for this one which would be a bargain for only $95.09 per square foot.

Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition.  Sometimes properties are available at a reduced price as a short sale listing that is in great shape.  Eudora Kansas real estate could be appraised at $166,240 and I would suggest a short sale offer of $145,300 which would be a bargain.

I researched Lawrence Kansas area Property Investment Clubs to see who had Lawrence Kansas Real Estate Investment meetings and found that there just weren't any that met any more (one listing was found but they disbanded).
