Any level headed, upstanding citizen of the 60's thought those crazy hippies were out of their lsd dropping minds!
                                               
Why there was talk of "Big Brother" watching you and all sorts of paranoid deluded notions about our government and private societal rights being somehow "invaded" or "violated".
                                                            
Of course, there was NO WAY that things would end up the way, well...the way THEY HAVE ended up!
Who would have thought that in a few short decades, you'd be able to "google earth" your house...or your neighbor's house...or a stranger's house, whenever and from wherever you wanted to? http://earth.google.com/

 It's usually best to set a chair in an otherwise awkwardly blank section by a window to create additional seating and a feeling of relaxation...
 
And nothing says "take a load off" more than an inviting sofa in an otherwise stark entry...
Who says you have to be a millionaire to have your home staged to sell? If you use your imagination, you can get anything to sell...to the right buyer!

People are fixing. People are flipping. People are investing and outvesting and trying thier best to make money in this strange and wonderful market cycle. Some choose to take my advice and "buy low/sell high", (fix and hold), but there are those few daredevil die-hards who can't resist a good deal and want out quick enough to move into the next biggest and best deal... So which is better? 15k over and over in dribs and drabs vs 45-75k in a couple of years for just "house sitting" with a faithful renter?
It really depends on a buyer's CURRENT financial position, as well … (1 comments)
