Having worked with investors in the "flip house" market here in Colorado Springs, Co. BEFORE it was a trendy thing to do, I can tell you that there are some projects that are destined to fail from the word "go".
Of course, there will always be a need for affordable housing in the low to median income side of the market, so many investors camp here to be on the safe side. All right. Buckle your seat belts! With the  arguably litigious society in which we live,  I'm sure this will be a post for you to keep and perhaps share with your fellow professionals. I, for one, will never forget the lesson I learned today.
