You know, the house that matched our criteria EXACT and it was in the location we loved and the price range we wanted to spend?

The house that was perfect and we were so excited and didn't want to leave and was imagining where we would put our furniture and talked about how wonderful the walk-out basement would be for parties in the summer?

The house that was bank-owned and you told us that the agent said there were already offers on it and we would need to come in highest and best?

Can you find us another house exactly like that one?

We know we should have listened to you and should have written an offer while we stood there and you had a contract in your hand and urged us that this was exactly what we were looking for?

We know we have viewed a lot of other homes and were disappointed and when we saw that house, it was perfect.

It was OUR house!

We should have written that offer LaNita! We should have listened to you but we had to think about it. Think about what exactly? We dont' know. It was perfect and it was our perfect house.

But it's going to someone else now.

And we are sad.

So can you find us another house just like that house? We know it's going to be very hard and we should have listened to you and now we know another house isn't going to compare to that one. But can you? Please?"
