It's that time of year again - Ribfest in Naperville! This year Ted Nugent, Trace Adkins, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Foghat, REO Speedwagon are playing!
Thursday, July 3, to Sunday, July 6 from noon to 10:00pm
Admission is $10 per person and children 11 and under are free. You can buy discounted pre-sale admission tickets at the Naperville Park District and some Jewel grocery stores for $8 per ticket.

Do you "research" the other agent before presenting an offer? - 06/09/08 10:19 AM
I always do. I guess I want to see a photo of the person I will be talking with. I want to see what they say about themselves and read about them. I don't necessarily care what their testimonials say or how many years in business they've been in real estate. I just want to know who I'm dealing with and what they say about themselves since they are the ones talking. It's interesting to read something and see if it's true later (expert negotiator, reliable, professional). Next time, before you present your next offer, take 5 minutes to reach the … (8 comments)

Tutie Fruittie Ice Cream Cafe - 06/05/08 09:48 AM
So we are here in Cocoa Beach on vacation and stopped to get ice cream yesterday for the kids. Anyone that lives in the Cocoa Beach area has to try this gourmet ice cream shop! First, the owners are awesome and so friendly. The ice cream is incredible! My kids had cotton candy and superman flavors and I (who lost 25 pounds on weight watchers) gave in when I saw Strawberry Shortcake ice cream. We're going back today. After I work out.
