I'm so excited to be doing my first book signing for "The Day My Baby Was Born." It's going to be held next Saturday, May 2nd from noon - 2:00pm at Borders Books in Davenport, IA which is located at 4000 E. 53rd Street.

Birth Stories, The Day My Baby Was Born - 04/02/09 10:42 AM
Totally non real estate related but since people blog about their pets and grandchildren, I figure "why not?"
My book, The Day My Baby Was Born, is out and I'm getting tons of great feedback.  I will start radio and hopefully tv (look out Oprah!) the first two weeks in May.
The book is birth stories written by some awesome moms who share their experience and they are very funny and heart warming!
If you know someone pregnant, this is an awesome book for a new mom and dad to read. The majority of proceeds are going to St. Jude's Hospital.

Compare these stats to March, 2008 when seventy five single family homes sold. The lowest price home sold for $26,250 and the highest sold for $295,500.
