Last October I received a phone call from an agent in the Seattle area looking for an agent in Palm Desert to help her. She  had clients that were looking for a second home in  Palm Desert  and wanted to know if I would work with her clients for a referral fee. "Of course," I said! What an honor to receive a referral from another agent.

My first past client is ready to buy again! Since starting as a real estate consultant four years ago, I've had past clients refer me their friends and family but no one has bought another house themselves. This client is one of my very first clients that I sold a home to and they are coming back to me to buy another home!
