real estate: The winds are changing! Have you noticed a significant decrease in your area inventory? - 10/02/09 12:07 AM
The last four years have been interesting to say the least. Talk about a head jerk turn around in the market. These past few years have been dominated by large inventories, short sales and reo's.
I'm very optimistic though that better days are right around the corner, at least for certain markets. Recently, I have been having a hard time finding properties for certain clients. They are ready, willing and able to buy, but there are no homes that match their criteria! "You've got to be kidding me, right?"

I just read an article talking about QR which stands for Quick Read. This technology is very exciting and will probably be the up and coming thing. In doing some research I found a video on YouTube that does a much better job of explaining the technology and shows examples of how it works. From there you can let your imagination run wild! It has been a long time coming, but California Lifestyle Realty will be expanding its on-site office locations to now include the Clubhouse at The Citrus in La Quinta.
