Local Charlotte Real Estate Team to be on HGTV tomorrow at 10 AM - 08/07/11 09:58 PM
Tomorrow our team will be featured as the selling agent on HGTV’s episode of My First Sale. Our sellers Jeff and Melanie Freshour along with their 4 kids had been trying to sell their home for over a year when they enlisted our teams help. Inman Connect Review Part 2 - 08/06/11 12:20 AM
When we go to any real estate conference, we have an idea of what we are going to be doing. Inman Connect was completely different than we imagined, but in a great way.
The day before Connect actually started was Agent Reboot San Francisco. We have been to or presented at half a dozen Agent Reboot’s already this year and love the format. They changed several of the sessions and actually improved an already great event. Added to the speaker line up were Ben Kinney , Michael McClure and Jim Marks – great additions. It’s always an adventure when traveling, but imagine when there are two people and two seats to consider. The Geeky Girls left last Monday for Inman Real Estate Connect in San Francisco. We got to the airport an hour early and were confused by all the people who were not using self checkin, but waiting to see the attendants at the gate. We soon found out “bad weather” in the Atlanta area had air traffic at a stand still. The Debt Ceiling Debate Effected Mortgage Rates in Charlotte, NC - 08/06/11 12:14 AM
Today, I wanted to call in an expert. Everyone is talking about the issue of the debt ceiling but there is a lot of confusion. I called my good friend and one of our team mortgage lenders Johnatan Romero with New American Mortgage to tell us exactly what that was going to mean to mortgage rates.
