Have you been waiting to see what the housing market in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas was going to do? My advice is jump off the fence and find the perfect home of your dreams now. What do you hand out to clients when they ask for your card? I have been pondering this for a couple of weeks. Discussing social media matters with someone this morning we came to this topic. We both said we still used paper cards but what we put on them would be changing.

Usually I defer these types of decisions to my husband and kids. I am going to get on this vote for the best pizza in Monroe too. We do not get to eat out during the week very often but this week we celebrated the kids really good grades on their report cards.  The oldest is in 6th grade, middle in Kindergarten and the 2 year old is in Preschool.

I went out with some first time buyers this morning in Charlotte. We met at the Arboretum at 9 AM and started out to see 6-7 homes in a couple of hours. Typically on the first outing if my buyers are not sure about the area they want to live, I minimize the amount of time and homes I show them to not overwhelm them.

They do not have much criteria for the perfect home other than school, bedrooms, baths and price range.
