Yesterday had a very frustrating start. When I turned on my computer and tried to log into the Internet, I got an error message telling me that the connection could not be completed.
Not A Happy Camper
After couple of more tries, I finally accepted the message as real...so wrote my blog post (I will post it tomorrow).
Once I finished writing and found that I still could not connect with the net, I called tech support.

In today's real estate market, vertical markets represent opportunities worth pursuing.
What Is A Vertical Market?
For the most part, niche markets are defined geographically...such as a specific neighborhood, community, district or easily identifiable part of town.
For example, my research indicated that approximately 68% of the high-producing agents surveyed defined their niche markets geographically.
Last month Lois Geller raised the issue of vertical marketing.

Without a doubt it is important to define a niche market and know your target market.

To succeed in your marketing, you must make the right connection with your target market and ensure compatibility with your niche market.
From a learning perspective, answering a question with another question can be a positive experience.
