All I hear about these days are different title companies offering leads. Leads seem to be everywhere all of a sudden. Public records, triggers, exclusive, live transfer, Internet, valuation, etc. The list of leads that is available is long, so why are there so many loan officers, real estate agents and title representatives hurting for business???? It's easy. It's one word.

This is an idea that has been around, but rarely used.
I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 15 years and for the most part my business has been refinance (conventional / cash out / sub-prime). Over the past few years I have become keenly aware that my business is very dependent on refi's.
I think, while the refinance market is still hot, there is no time like the present to start doing business with agents. I quickly found out that not only do agents not want me in to talk to them but their brokers don't want me in their office … (2 comments)
