And yes, I am LMAO about the number of homes going into foreclosure. Granted some of them are for unfortunate reasons such as a job layoff, or serious illness. But, most of them are because of the stupid financial decisions people make, and because they are stupid enought to listen to people who will tell them anything they want to hear just to make the almighty dollar.

 As a former Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker, who has a degree in Real Estate, if your looking for a new home, find a real estate agent who will truly look after your interest and not just to make a commission on selling you a home. And as far as finding a good mortgage broker, hopefully you will have a brother in law in the business you can trust.

I have always said, the 3 things that you can get really ripped off on are buying a car, getting insurance, and getting a mortgage. Hopefully, you have a family member or very good friend in those businesses who you can trust totally. If not, you will probably get screwed. And it is not the good, fun kind of screwing you get with a person of the opposite sex. Or the same sex if that is what you prefer, which as said on The Seinfeld show "not that there is anything wrong with that". But for me, I prefer the soft round curves of a woman.
