Nashville real estate - After Foreclosure - 11/26/08 08:45 PM
Nashville - I met with some very nice people tonight who wanted my help. For now, all I can give them is advice. Early this year , they lost a home to a foreclosure. The home they had was in a good area, they had bought it new and had it for 3 years before losing it. The reason they lost it was because they had an ARM with payments that had almost doubled. They had come to me was in hopes of a lease/purchase on one of the new homes I have listed in Spring Hill. I haven't seen (4 comments)

Polk Place real estate sales for the month of October and November have picked up with 8 closings in the last 7 weeks. With only 11 homes available for sale, and one of those under contract, the absorption rate in Polk Place is 2.5 months. This is an extreme reversal from the market of the summer, and should be kept in consideration by anyone wanting to buy a Polk Place home. The average price of Polk Place homes sold in October and November is $387,000 The average price per square ft of Polk Place real estate sold is $122.51 per square ft (3 comments)

Williamson county real estate - I get buyers calling me about once a week wanting to know if I have any foreclosures? The answer is yes and no. The yes part is that I can find and help buyers purchase foreclosed property in Williamson county, Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Green Hills, and anywhere else in Middle Tennessee that they exist. The no part is that I personally am not representing any banks who have foreclosed properties. That's good if you are a buyer. Nashville real estate - I've noticed that my office seems to be running at a different pace lately, and the customers I talk to that were waiting on the election, are now talking about the holidays. Just what you need is another excuse to wait. The fact of the matter is that some people look at this as the perfect time to pick up a great deal on Nashville real estate. With less traffic, the good homes stay on the market just a little longer, and might be available for a little better price. The bad ones are always available. Some (3 comments)

I've renamed this class because we have long ago strayed from typical blogging, and are now into just technology to help our business. Nashville real estate - During the summer, we were all moaning about the price of gas, and what it does to everyones economy, no matter what you drive. I wrote a post that asked when will oil drop below $100. The fact is that mcCain's plan to drill now and work on alternatives for the future may have started the downward spiral that continued when the economy faltered. I think the speculators who were holding contracts feared the worst if more production came on board. What ever the reason, we now have cheap gas again, and I hope we have learned a (5 comments)

Just a short post for all of the brave soldiers who fought, and continue to fight for this country and allow us to be safe. They gave and continue to give their lives for the country we love. Remember the ones who are gone, and help the ones who are still with us. We owe them a tremendous debt for pretecting our country. Some would have you believe that the battles going on right now are not necessary. Some would have you believe that it was all a mistake, and lives were lost for no reason. Nashville - Who would have thought that the Titans would even be in contention at this point in the season. It just goes to show you what happens when everyone is working together toward a common goal instead of trying to make headlines for themselves. Teamwork is back, and the Titans are showing the way. After coming from behind to beat Chicago , they showed just how much of a balanced team they are. Chicago shut down the top rushing team in the NFL, but Kerry Collins went to work for 280 passing yards. The Titans defense played their usual outstanding game, and (4 comments)

Wolfnet - All Keller Williams agents have access to a software product call Wolfnet, and what it does is make it easier for the agents or customers to make custom searches, and in my case actually see the selections on a map. Franklin real estate - We've all had this experience. We were looking at homes, and drive by a house that's for sale, but we don't have the information, and it doesn't have any flyers. In order to get information on the home, your choice is to call a realtor, or write down the address and look it up when you get home. A new tool called Voicepad will eliminate this problem. You call a local number(no charges), and when prompted, put in the address, voicepad will tell you the information about the home right then. Nashville real estate - Most realtors in the Nashville area will tell you that having an open house when the Titans are playing in Nashville is usually going to make for a boring afternoon. But Sunday was a surprise. The Titans did win the game in overtime against a very good Green Bay team, and once again Kerry Collins was able to keep the chains moving at the end of the game when they needed it the most. Franklin TN - It seems that the citizens of Franklin are not content to just live in one of the safest cities in the country, they want to make sure they are protected by having the ability to carry a handgun. According to the Tennessee department of safety Williamson count has issued more than 4500 permits to carry handguns. That doesn't seem like much, until you realize that in 2007 the amount was only 1204. This many people need a place to practice, so as the law of supply and demand speaks, business listens.
