Getting ready for the Rush - 12/29/08 01:43 PM
Franklin real estate - I have stopped listening to the news, and reading the paper. and I feel a lot better because of it. The media puts a lot of drama into any bad news they can find, so it always seems like the world is about to end. I stopped watching earlier this year when it became apparent they most of the networks were doing everything in their power to sway the election. I believe that the public should here unbiased reporting, but I don't know where it would be.

Franklin tn During the Holidays - 12/16/08 10:31 AM
Franklin is always a nice place to visit. But during the Christmas holiday, they really put on a show. The main streets and town square are tastefully decorated, and the locals dress as if the were living an another century. You may recognize the period from the Charles Dickens tales, and it's all in fun.
 Treat yourself to a little fun this holiday. Visit Franklin for the weekend and then buy a house. Everyone agrees that it's a great place to visit, but it's even better to live there.

Leipers Fork Christmas - 12/16/08 09:22 AM
 Leipers fork is a small community just a few miles from Franklin in Williamson county. The community has maintained it's historic small town appearance, and has become somewhat of a tourist hot spot due to the concentration of celebrities who live in the area. Most of the homes in the area are located on lots of at least 5 acres, and the population of the community is still very small, and the residents seem to want it to stay that way.

It's Bigger than I thought - Colder too - 12/15/08 10:08 PM
Last week, I spent over 20 hours in an airplane with Elizabeth so that I would have the pleasure of experiencing Alaska. Why would we go to Alaska in the winter time you might ask. Elizabeth was training one of the local hospitals on the use of the software products that her company developes and maintains.
I was just there for moral support.

While I was there. i learned a few things about Alaska that I had guessed, but really didn't appreciate until I had a chance to see it in person.

The purpose was to educate real estate professionals about the advantages of blogging, and optimizing websites to take advantage of the tools that we have at our disposal. Nashville real estate - I have a client who was transferred here from Oregon, and when they picked out several homes to view, none seemed special, or even similar.
