REBarCamp Nashville is coming. This is the second year for REBarCamp and only a few tickets remain. If you didn't attend last year's event or aren't sure what a BarCamp is, Wikipedia describes a BarCamp as: an international network of user generated conferences - open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by participants. If you live on another planet, you might not know that this is the coldest snow filled winter that we've had in a long time. I can complain about it, or just get out and enjoy it. Sales of Nashville Luxury homes for the month of December continued to be consistently strong with 14 closings at an average sales price of $1,541,267. This compares to 19 closings of Nashville luxury homes clising in December of 2009 at an average price of $1,329,298. As you can tell, the average price of Luxury home sales in Nashville is up 16 percent. Gated communities in Wiiliamson county used to seem unnecessary to me, since the crime rate in Brentwood and Franklin is extremely low. But now I understand that not only does it keep the criminals at bay, it also keep the beggers away. I've bought enough stuff from people knocking on my door that I didn't need, or didn't receive. It also keeps the tour buses away from celebrities. Brentwood homes sales seem to be picking up with 57 closings in December, comparing very favorably to the 47 Brentwood homes that closed in December of 2009 a 21 percent increase. Testing My Anti-slip systems - 01/11/11 04:25 PM
We had a very nice snow here in Tennessee, and the snowmen builders and sled riders were having a great ime. I have alway had a lot of enjoyment in driving in the snow, but I get older, I appreciate the fact that a lot of people are terrified by the lack of control they have over their cars. It's never seems to bother me. My car is rear wheel drive, but it does have anti-slip and anti-skid intelligence and the usual anti-lock brakes. A lot of cars have these today, but I can turn mine off. What fun.

Franklin homes sales for December one again were showing a surprising trend of rising prices. Franklin homes sold in December of 2010 averages $451,840 but in December of 2009 Franklin homes only averaged $403,432, and increase in price of 12 percent.
