This weekend I was showing homes in Nashville for a Vanderbilt medical center nurse, and one of the homes she wanted to see was a forclosure in a really nice neighborhood. I had been warned by the listing agent that the carpet and hardwood floors would need to be replaced, so I was prepared.

If you haven't had a hummingbird feeder, treat yourself to a little fun. These guys become really aggressive when they find a primary food source. This one likes to hide in the tree close by and ambush any other hummingbirds who attempt to get a drink.
I learned last year to put up two feeders with one on each side of the house. They made constant trips to each one chasing each other at every opportunity.
