Franklin Tn Homes Have Been Picked Over Like Thanksgiving Leftovers - I have several buyers who are very frustrated now because very few new listings are showing up. When they ask about it, I tell them that traditionally, sellers don't usually want to list anything during the holidays because it's usually the slowest time of the year for buyers to be looking.
This year we didn't really seem to slow down much from the buyers side, but what they have to look at is a quickly shrinking inventory of homes that have been looked at and rejected by many buyers.

Here is one of the e-mails I received yesterday from someone I barely know on a Benchmark listing in Franklin "We would be interested in this except it is way way way overpriced. Buyers are Frustrated in Franklin TN - It's not a surprise that this is happening, we all know it was just a matter of when, and how bad. Franklin Tn homes in affordable price ranges are selling fast, sometimes the first day. For instance in the $300,000 to $400,000 price range, 32 homes are pending sale and another 48 are under contingency contract, leaving just 45 homes that are even accepting showings. Most of these are negotiating contracts as this is being written.
