Nassau Real Estate Appraisal
Free Online value sites are very popular lately. They seem to offer a very valuable service to a homeowner or to a real estate proffesional. A hotly debated topic is; Are they accurate?
As a certified real estate appraiser, in my opinion, they are not, and there are several reasons for this. These sites do not take many things into consideration. If a comparable property has sold within a year of the previous sale, an appraiser would consider these a flip-type sale, and generally not use these sales to formulate an opinion of value.
