The Pile of 'NOs' on the Counter-Please Throw The Business Cards Away!
While out showing homes today, I saw it. IT is what we call 'The Pile of NOs' on the counter. One home I showed had 17 business cards on the counter. Seventeen!

Call it what you may but when you really think about it, it is all the people that have NOT decided to buy your home. In this instance, there were seventeen potential buyers out there (not counting the ones that may simply have not left a card) that viewed this home and, for whatever reason, did … (9 comments)
