We utilize an advanced tracking method to record all showings on Alaska Dream Makers listings. The information we get from this is valuable in different ways. It allows us to effectively keep you informed on what the buyer and their Realtor thought about the home. It covers aspects about condition, price and their level of interest in the property. This information gets relayed to you as a seller so you know the thoughts of the other licensees and the buyers.

This information may also be used to generate multiple offers once an initial offer comes in.
