38 people moved through one of my listings open houses in one day several months ago. We got our buyer in the first week and under agreement in 13 days. Shortly thereafter one of the people who viewed the property came to me to represent him as his buyers agent to acquire a similar property. All good. We located a number of properties and made an offer on one of them. This buyer is a first time buyer and at the age of 50 he decided it was about time he stopped living (7 comments)
Honoring the deals you make is essential for maintaining and building your relationships. Any good sales person can convince someone of almost anything in the short run, but if you are not fact based and honest you will get caught. They will tell you a story about sitting around a big dining room floor, or a tire swing in the back yard. The associate fond memories to those spots, listen to this. Look to deliver to them just such a home. A seller bought their home for a reason, why, you should ask? (3 comments)
