I am conducting an Open House this weekend at 180 Main Street in Bridgewater, MA. This house is currently empty and the owner is highly motivated to sell. This is a second floor unit and has a range, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, freezer. There is an in-ground pool on the property as well as a tennis court. The area has walk/jog trails, stables, golf course, medical facility, laundromat nearby. The property is not currently FHA approved and so you would need a 10-20% downpayment to make an offer.
