Google Map of Shore Road Wellesley and Morses Pond Unique is a word used in real estate far too often for it to retain any meaning. How about this. A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised ranch with red oak floors surrounded by waterviews on three sides, a beautiful outside screened in porch and a small rental studio apartment with the same views. You would have to say unique, right? Wellesley does not have a lot of multi family residential parcels, nor does it have many parcels with two dwellings on them. The real opportunity is to put your money into a growth investment that you can use. As with live, in real estate you can't always get what you want, but if you try real hard you can always make a deal work. The investment money I was so excited about yesterday has been delayed. I have some more hoops to jump through and they all will make the deal better and more clear. I have already outlined the changes needed and sent it on its way.
