Wayland is a great place to find a single family home rental. There are not many of them, the availability is .8% and that is not much. This home that will be available for November occupancy is on a flat yard large enough for wiffle ball and an in-ground pool. It is on a quiet dead end side street. It is right off Old Connecticut so it is easy to get to the major highways and a commute in virtually any direction. Posted on October 20, 2012 by Larry Lawfer Dudley Pond, (4 comments)
single family home: Rent or Sell, time is of the essense - 07/06/12 06:49 AM
I have three properties for sale right now and each of them has a potential rental market as well. My clients each have differing stories, but the need to generate some income from their home is important to all of them. 64-65 Shore Road in Wellesley has a second home (65) on the property that is a rental property. Should 400 Blue Hill Avenue in Milton not sell during the summer, we will offer it for rental in August for the many families that did not find suitable housing in the town so their children can enjoy the good school system. It is one of those places that you would never stumble along, but once you find it you never want to leave. Two dwellings means rental income form one. Surrounded by Morses Pond on three sides. single family home: Coffee on the Porch; Living the life in Wellesley, MA - 06/08/12 04:34 AM
In New England weather is a force, there are seasons and clothes appropriate to those seasons, but the beauty of the landscape is for all seasons. Having coffee overlooking the pond each morning is particularly enjoyable in the Spring, Summer and Fall--not so much in the winter. 64 Shore Road in Wellesley is surrounded on three sides by Morses Pond. This unique property has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the larger house and a Studio Apartment with one bedroom and one bath in the second dwelling on the property. single family home: Living in a Contemporary Home, Weston, MA 02493 - 03/23/12 06:37 AM
Living in a contemporary home is quite different than living in a box-like construction like a Colonial. Contemporary home such as the one at 63 Westcliff Road in Weston, MA 02493 provide a very different and more intriguing use of space both inside and out. Block architecture, the kind used by Frank Lloyd Wright and the architect of 63 Westlcliff, Maurice K Smith is fundamentally different in it’s approach to living and space. An architect that uses Block Architecture first thinks of the individual rooms with no consideration about how it all might go together later.

single family home: Wellesley MA Single Family Housing Market Report Dec 2011 - 01/25/12 08:08 AM
Bellevue Home for Sale, Wellesley MA Wellesley MA Single Family Housing Market Report Dec 2011. There are 159 total homes in the mix the last month of the year. There is a lot of activity, but the time on market is still woefully too long more all of us. It is good to see the DOM lower for the sold homes than the Active homes. If you home has been on the market with no activity then your price is too high. If you can’t afford to drop the price then you will stay on the market. This is a buyer’s (0 comments)
single family home: Wellesley, MA Single Family Housing Report November 2011 - 12/06/11 09:05 AM
Wellesley November 2011 Housing Report Wellesley, MA Single Family Housing Report November 2011 had a larger number of homes in the market than either Weston or Wayland. This isn’t entirely a surprise it is a larger community. The Average Days on Market (DOM) went up, but that is happening all over this area right now. With the media spewing as much conflicting information as possible it has buyers and sellers confused. Consumer confidence is also an issue, it is hard to know what to believe. The truth is that the market has been fairly stable. The slight ups and downs are (0 comments)
