Living in a contemporary home is quite different than living in a box-like construction like a Colonial. Contemporary home such as the one at 63 Westcliff Road in Weston, MA 02493 provide a very different and more intriguing use of space both inside and out. Block architecture, the kind used by Frank Lloyd Wright and the architect of 63 Westlcliff, Maurice K Smith is fundamentally different in it’s approach to living and space. Wellesley MA Single Family Housing Market Report Dec 2011. There are 159 total homes in the mix the last month of the year. There is a lot of activity, but the time on market is still woefully too long more all of us. It is good to see the DOM lower for the sold homes than the Active homes. Wellesley, MA Single Family Housing Report November 2011 had a larger number of homes in the market than either Weston or Wayland. This isn’t entirely a surprise it is a larger community. The Average Days on Market (DOM) went up, but that is happening all over this area right now. With the media spewing as much conflicting information as possible it has buyers and sellers confused.
