If your house has expired there are really only several reasons why this happened. Let’s explore from the top down. Price, of course. Quite often there is a disconnect between what the Seller wants and what the Market will bear. In simpler terms, the Seller more highly values the home than the Buyer. The reason here is in the language. The Seller is valuing a home and the Buyer is getting a house. One is where you put your money, blood sweat and tears into and the other is square footage, rooms and a yard. Big difference.
