This was a rough week. The market is slow and many of my customers are getting frustrated. I had one customer listed for about 3 years and finaly got our first offer $49000 below the asking price. Great people who I admired.Of course the offer wasn't acceptable but it was the only one we had.
I had mostly dealt with the husband but it was the wife that called me up and fired me. Of course I was dissapointed because I liked them but I had listed 3 properties this week where other people had fired their agents … (4 comments)

Moving to Nova Scotia ? Where is the best place to locate ? Most of the employment in Nova Scotia is centered around Halifax Regional Municipality. One important area to consider with-in 40 or 50 minutes commutting time is Colchester County where property taxes are much lower and housing prices much more affordable.
