Here's the countywide data, as of last Thursday (1/8/2009) , for listings; deals pending; market time in months; vs. 2 weeks ago, a year ago and 2 years ago... As you can see by the above figures the $250,000 - $500,000 price range has improved dramatically over the last two years while the million dollar plus market is starting to see supply grow and the marketing times lengthen.
