High rise buildings are becoming popular here in Las Vegas. I was watching House Hunters last night on HGTV and they had a program on buying a high rise condo.  These two guys were looking to buy a vacation home here. They were from California. The real estate agent showed them 3 condos and they eventually picked this loft style development. This show was probably taped 6 months ago. Boy, how prices have come down from then.

Hi- I saw this article in the Review Journal today. It was about real estate auctions and if they are a good place to buy foreclosures. I think the best way to buy a home is to use a real estate agent's services. Don't you agree.

Now is the time to buy in Las Vegas!! - 04/21/08 09:24 PM
It is unbelievable how the prices have come down from a year ago.  You can buy homes $100,000-$150,000 less than a year ago. There are some great deals out there. Investors should buy the homes priced under $250,000-$275,000, rent them out and wait 3-5 years for the prices to go back up. There are so many bank foreclosures.
Also, the prices of high rises have come down. I love the building, Sky Las Vegas. It is the only residential high rise  with a Las Vegas blvd address.....City Center will be the other one-not till 2010 and much more expensive.

My Trump Tower visit today - 04/21/08 05:05 PM
I just came back from Trump Tower. I went around 11:00 am . I saw 3 high floor units. They were all one bedroom corner units. These are larger than the normal one bedroom units. These are 983 sq ft. Just beautiful with a nice living room and kitchen-all stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is great with a large shower and jacuzzi tub. The bathroom even has a window to view the south strip. It has a lock out closet-with washer/dryer-you can lock this when you are not using the unit.  The bedroom is huge with a sitting area. You can … (0 comments)

Hi- this is my first blg...I am going over to Trump Tower today to take some pictures for a client. He wants to see the view form the unit. I was there last week. The building is simply beautiful-looks top rate. The lobby is spectacular-marble floors, gold finishes, restaurant and bar. The units are furnished really nice with flat screen tvs, nice kitchens, beautiful bathrooms-I like the shower-double shower heads and jacuzzi tub-even a flat screen in the mirror.
