I always tell my buyers I will try to get them a good deal. However, it is getting difficult with the bank repos that are coming on the market here in Las Vegas. New bank repos show up on the MLS every day. The banks are pricing them low to sell quickly. I am finding that the good ones are getting multiple offers. The days of lowballing is over. I tell my buyers that if you If you expect to get the house you like, you will probably have to raise your offer. The agent for the listing will send out a paper stating give us your highest and best offer. It is then up to the buyer to see if he really wants the house.

There are such fantastic buys out there.
