Las Vegas is a great place to invest. Even in a time when the market has slowed down Las Vegas home values continue to remain strong. Granted the prices have softened and the listing numbers continue to rise but a steady number of buyers continues to enter the market.
Compared to some parts of the country Las Vegas remains resilient to large price volleys. Other than the rapid increase a year ago it is normally a very steady market.
