 Fannie Mae is offering a 3.5% incentive for buyers who purchase and close on a Fannie Mae-owned home now through April 30, 2010.

When I was a "Rookie" agent , my first manager gave me a "Buyers Interview" package to use when I conducted my first appointment with a potential client.It was a fairly standard set of forms using mostly "Fill in the Blank" applications. But the one thing it did do is enable the "Buyer" to focus on what features were important to them.From curb appeal to interior features and/or location everything was covered in this small but powerful package.
