Anyone who tells you that the market is coming to a halt needs to take a walk in my weary shoes! The truth of it all to remember is that all real estate is local and most of the news reports are national. The truth is that homes that are priced right are still selling, and there are still many buyers out there looking to take advantage of the low interest rates while they are still available. There is truth to the issues with our economy, but again, each market is unique. ;)
