I just finally hit the big 200K in points on Activerain! I started blogging back in 2009 and was pretty diligent about blogging on a regular basis. Personal life and being crazy busy with business put blogging on the back burner the end of 2011. The amazing thing was that the blogging I had previously done about local neighborhoods and real estate information was still providing me leads years down the road.
