I got a call earlier today from an agent acting as a buyers agent.   I say to him/her...If You're Not Prepared, OWN UP! She/he said,"I called several times yesterday, and didn't get an answer".   "Guess what," I say, "Your number doesn't show up on my phone, and my office has no record of your call til 11:45 this morning,"
