I'm looking for a little advice on safeguarding my computer projects and I humbly ask for your guidance... My computer went on an inter-galactic trip a few days ago, and I was concerned that everything would be lost.  Well, she's back and good as new!  Maybe even a little better.After a very expensive clean up, she's back on planet earth and actually moving faster than I can remember. It appears that everything is intact!  Whoo Hoo!I've learned a little from this episode.  Back up documents and photos!  I know, I know and I should have known! Well, it hasn't been a happy few days at the Jersey Shore!  Yesterday morning, got up and as usual grabbed some coffee and began to check my email...In the middle of returning a client's email my home office went on red alert...I was waiting for the Star Trek music to begin, at warp speed my computer began accessing the same web page over and over, flashing warnings and moving more quickly than it had since I downloaded Office Professional.I was waiting for Captain Kirk, or at least Mr. Spock, to whisper some solution in my ear...but no, only my poor computer groaning and … (13 comments)
