New Jersey Moving on REALTOR® Education... The New Jersey Association of REALTORS®(NJAR) and the state’s RealEstate Commission (REC) have come up with a compromise plan that might actually bring New Jersey’s continuing education (CE) policies into the modern world.New Jersey is the only state in the nation that does not require continuing education for real estate licensees.
