Tuckerton is a small Borough surrounded by Little Egg Harbor Township and to the east by the Little Egg Harbor.

The year end reports are in and all in all Tuckerton, NJ seems to have weathered the 2010 housing storm. Five Tuckerton homes sold last month, that's just one less unit than sold in December 2009. The median sale price however, is down by $50,000! Throughout the course of 2010, 5 Tuckerton condos sold, 9 Tuckerton waterfront homes sold and 20 single family residences sold. The median sale price of all homes in Tuckerton that sold in 2010 was $165,365.
