Recently while revamping my pre-listing book, I came across several posts online about questions that you should ask your Realtor. I starting checking out all of the different questions and compiled the most common. I figured if these were common questions why not go ahead and and answer them for my potential clients upfront?

Some of the questions were...

How long have you been an agent?

How will you market my home?

What is your commission?

What do you do differently from the competition?

How many homes have you sold within the past year?

These are just an example, but I have found lots of questions online. Tweek them to your benefit. I always include stats as well ie. list price vs. sale price and average days on  market.
