The inventory continues to fall at an "alarming rate"  Yes, I know we want the "excess"  listings to come off the market but in some areas and price ranges that "excess" has snapped to a "shortage" in less than a year!
This shortage seems to be in single family homes and in areas that don't have an excess of lots left over from the 03-06 boom such as area 41 and 42.  With the lack of capital available to "develop" land this shortage in certain areas of Charleston county will only magnify in the months to come.
