Yes, homes are selling in Downers Grove Illinois!

There were 66 single family homes that went under contract in Downers Grove, Illinoisfrom April 1, 2009 thru May 20, 2009.

26 of the homes that went under contract in Downers Grove were priced from $400,000 to $1,395,000 and 7 of those homes in that price range went under contract in under 30 days. 

The homes that went under contract were priced from $94,900 thru $1,395,000.  The average market time was 182 days with a Total Sales Volume of $29,003,730.

There were also 16 attached homes that went under contract for the same time period.  These attached homes were priced between $89,900 to $375,000 and an average market time of 207 days.
