I know statistics weren't my favorite in school and now it hasn't changed. But here goes.....
Area 11 is basically the greater Lexington SC Real Estate area. It does not encompass any of West Columbia or the Rural Lexington County or Lake Murray areas that are in Lexington County.
79 Homes were sold in October 2008 and once again the $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 price range was a predominate amount of the sales. Market times still remain to be good with 70% of the homes selling within 90 days. So in that price range … (0 comments)

Lexington South Carolina Real Estate, Market Report For September 2008
The good news is out...Lexington South Carolina Real Estate is rocking. A great month for us. 113 homes were sold in area 11 which is mainly just the greater Lexington town area. Not the whole Lexington County SC.
Well over 65% of the homes that were sold were in the 100K to 150K range. That is not a surprise to me as that's probably the bulk of homes prices that I get request for from my clients. But then again there were 3 over a million.

Lexington County home sales continue to be strong thru the month of J uly with the majority of sales ranging from $100,000 to $140,000. This area is in high demand because it offers not only great neighborhoods, but great schools, shopping, dining and amenties as well.

It looks like my little town of Lexington SC is holding its on with 92 closed sales reported so far for the month of July. Average sales price $120,000 to $139,999. This data is for area 11 of my local CMLS. Let's keep our fingers crossed that things keep looking up!
