Documented Proof with your Sellers Disclosures – There is a fair expectation on the part of sellers and buyers that a seller will do their best to disclose the facts about their home that might affect their property’s value. But, disclosing these facts – such as a repaired leaky roof or updated wiring - won’t help you if the issue comes up later and you can’t prove that you had that the work done because you don’t have any documentation to prove it! You definitely will sleep better when you take the time to make sure you have complete copies … (3 comments)
