Today while catching up on my latest celebrity gossip I learned that the Mega-famous, Mega-Beautiful and Mega-Rich Jennifer Aniston is putting her Beverly Hills Mega-Mansion on the market.  Like many homeowners in today's market, Ms. Aniston purchased her home at the peak of the housing boom in 2006 and paid $13.5mil for the estate that she spent more than two years making renovations to and moved into it in 2009.  Now, she is asking $42mil for the same estate!!!  This is a BRAVE move Jen….. exactly what kind of renovations warrant a nearly $30mil INCREASE in price in quite possibly California's worst housing market EVER???
