The two towers that are under construction at front center of MGM/Mirage's CityCenter Development are quite different from any other towers in Las Vegas. They are twin leaning towers that are being built at an angle. I just received the above rendering today, courtesy of MGM CityCenter and it shows the lobby area. Looks very minimalist, sleek and modern.
Preconstruction pricing is still hovering around $1000 per square ft. We have many buyers waiting in the wings to see what the pricing will be on the resale market, after the project is completed. The location can't be beat, but in these times there is no sense of urgency to buy a preconstruction condo and the buyer profile seems to have more of a touch and feel mentality.
